The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn and barley malt, along with special yeast strains and filtered water from pure Kentucky limestone. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a distinctively clean, smooth finish. Medium amber-colored, with mild spiciness and sweet oak aromas. The mid-palate is smooth with nuance of maple, oak and nutmeg. The finish is long, dry and satiny with a slight caramel flavor.
