Baobab Powder
Baobab powder is a nutrient-dense pulp that is extracted from baobab fruit. When the fruit are ripe the pulp inside the fruit dries out naturally, concentrating all the nutrients into a naturally formed powder. The powder is extracted from the fruit, separated from the seed and which is used to make a moisturizing oil for the skin (see our sister brand BaoCare). Our baobab powder is suitable for vegans, raw food diets and is certified organic, halal and kosher.
WHERE DOES BAOBAB COME FROM?
Baobab powder comes from the huge capsule-like fruit of the baobab tree. Baobab trees grow in the savannah areas of Africa from South Africa right through to east and west Africa.
